Dave has a twenty-year history of driving cutting-edge engineering practices and business solutions within multiple wireless companies. He is a results-oriented senior-level manager experienced in developing and aligning business strategies with tactical planning initiatives. A proven track record for developing, researching, and successfully implementing programs through thought leadership of small to large cross-functional teams. Throughout his career he has demonstrated outstanding problem solving, decision-making, and negotiating abilities. Dave has worked with many cross-functional teams, and enjoys coaching individuals and small groups using a co-active coaching philosophy.
As a senior Business Management Consultant, Dave focuses his expertise in the areas of technology implementation, strategy development, operational improvement, and project management in small to large companies. He is recognized for the ability to bring cross-functional teams together to work in a collaborative and positive environment through individual coaching and team development.
As an ICF-Certified Professional Coach, Dave approaches coaching and mentoring professionals with the idea that the power of change comes from within. His coaching philosophy is very simple; Give people the right tools, guidance and empower them to make decisions that contribute to their own success. Dave has worked with many professionals that include; individual contributors, managers, work teams and senior-level leadership in the areas of career planning, career transition, leadership development, conflict management, and organizational management. His work experience includes multiple industries across many functional areas that encompasses; finance, operations, engineering, and program management.
He can help improve interpersonal effectiveness and increase individual and team confidence by identifying and increasing awareness of issues and developing problem solving skills. Having worked in many corporate cultures, Dave is able to successfully engage a project in a structured or entrepreneurial environment across multiple functions and management levels.
Dave is a certified professional coach with a designee of Associate Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Puget Sound Coaches Association. He earned his BA degree from Utah State University, where he studied Liberal Arts & Science, and Business Administration. He is an active member with the local Chamber of Commerce promoting small business and community events.
